Terms of Service

1. Parties

These Terms govern the relationship between Answer 247 EOOD (EIK 208420385, VAT BG208420385), registered at Stara Planina 9, Varna 9000, Bulgaria ("we", "us", "the Provider"), and any natural or legal person who uses this website or engages our services ("you", "the Client").

2. Use of the website

The information on bulgaria-company-setup.com is provided for general guidance only. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice and does not create a client relationship. Always obtain advice tailored to your specific circumstances before acting.

3. Engagement of services

A binding engagement is created only once we issue a written engagement letter (or signed service order) and you have paid the agreed fee (or first instalment). Until then, all communication is non-binding.

4. Fees and payment

• Prices listed on the Pricing page are in EUR and exclude any third-party government, notary, translation, courier, or bank fees, which are passed through at cost.
• VAT is added where applicable under Bulgarian law.
• Invoices are due within 14 days unless stated otherwise on the invoice itself.
• We may suspend work on overdue accounts after 14 days' written notice.

5. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information, valid identification documents, and any additional documentation we reasonably request for AML/KYC, registration, or accounting purposes. We may decline or terminate an engagement at our discretion where we are unable to verify your identity or the lawful purpose of the engagement.

6. Refunds

Where work has not yet started, we refund fees in full minus any third-party costs already incurred. Once filings have been submitted to the Commercial Register or other authorities, fees for that stage are non-refundable. Unused retainer balances are refunded on request at the end of an engagement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim, in the 12 months preceding the event. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Bulgarian law.

8. Confidentiality

Each party will keep confidential all non-public information received from the other and use it only for the purposes of the engagement, subject to disclosures required by law or regulatory authority.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the website (text, design, logos, calculator) is owned by Answer 247 EOOD or its licensors and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission. You retain ownership of materials you provide to us; we receive a limited licence to use them solely to perform the engagement.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Varna, Bulgaria. Consumers based in the EU retain the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force on the date of an engagement governs that engagement. The current version is dated 16 June 2026.
