  • Company formation consulting and coordination (EOOD/OOD registration)

  • Document preparation guidance and review

  • Liaison with Bulgarian notaries, banks, and authorities

  • Tax, accounting, and compliance orientation

  • We do not provide legal representation, accounting services, or guarantees of government approval.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, complete information and documents promptly

  • Ensure compliance with Bulgarian and home country laws

  • Respond to requests within 48 hours to avoid delays

  • Pay all required government fees, notary costs, and third-party charges directly

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices shown on our Site or quoted via email

  • 50% deposit required to start work; balance due before filing with Commercial Register

  • Payments via bank transfer or [your payment method]

  • All fees non-refundable after document preparation begins

  • Additional government/notary fees (~€150-€300) paid directly to authorities

5. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Full refund if cancelled before document preparation

  • 50% refund after documents prepared but before notary/bank stage

  • No refunds after capital deposit or Commercial Register filing

  • We reserve the right to cancel services for non-payment or inaccurate information (deposit non-refundable)

6. Timeline and Performance

  • Typical registration: 3-7 business days after complete documents received

  • No guaranteed timeline – government processing times vary

  • Delays caused by client document issues extend timeline without liability

7. No Warranty or Guarantee

  • Services provided on best efforts basis

  • No guarantee of Commercial Register approval or bank account opening

  • We coordinate but do not control third parties (notaries, banks, authorities)

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability limited to fees paid by you

  • No consequential damages (lost profits, business interruption)

  • Not liable for government rejections, delays, or third-party failures

9. Intellectual Property

  • All Site content, guides, and materials remain our property

  • You receive non-exclusive license for personal use only

10. Governing Law

  • Governed by laws of Republic of Bulgaria

  • Disputes resolved in Bulgarian courts (Sofia jurisdiction)

11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
